How long will it take to receive my photos?
Typically, it takes about 1-2 weeks to process, edit and deliver your photos. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Do I get the copyright to my photos?
No, we retain the copyright to all images. However, you are granted a license for personal use of the images. Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.
Do you provide photo editing services?
Yes, all our packages include basic photo editing. Additional retouching services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Do you offer digital or printed photos?
Currently, we offer only digital downloadable photos. You can choose a variety of different photo printing services but, I would recommend Shutterfly.
What If I need to reschedule my session?
You can reschedule your session with at least a 24hr notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Can I bring props or pets to my session?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring any props or pets that will make your session more personal and enjoyable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within at least a 24hr notice of the session will forfeit the deposit. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.

What happens if you get sick or injured and can’t photograph my event?
In the unlikely event that I am unable to photograph your session, I will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer or reschedule your session.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos you receive depends on the type of session. For example, a standard portrait 1hr session typically includes 20-30 edited images.
How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing any props or outfits you’d like to include. If you have specific ideas or themes in mind, please let us know in advance. (I recommend using Pinterest for overall inspiration!)
